Thanks for shopping with Energia Craft. International shipping might experience delay due to recent Trade & Tariff changes. To keep track of your order, contact energiacrafter@energiacraft.com so we can provide you the order’s tracking number.

Order Processing Time

    • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
    • Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

    Customs, Tariffs & Duties

    🇺🇸 United States – Tariff & Import Tax Updates (as of April–May 2025)

    • 10% universal tariff introduced for all imports, effective April 5, 2025
    • Additional targeted tariffs up to 30% apply to specific Chinese-origin goods
    • De minimis exemption ($800) revoked starting May 2, 2025 – all shipments now subject to duty
    • HS code–based valuation maybe required for each item

    🇪🇺 European Union – Tax Updates

    • From 2028, €150 VAT exemption will be eliminated
    • €2 handling fee may apply to low-value parcels (under protest by industry)

    ⚠️ Buyer Responsibilities

    • All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
    • We provide commercial invoice and HS codes to support customs clearance
    • Delays caused by customs checks are beyond our control

    Shipping Costs & Duty Estimates

    • At checkout, you may see estimated shipping + duty costs depending on your destination
    • For DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service, we offer full prepayment of taxes and handling fees (extra charge applies)

    Customs Risk Disclaimer

    • Final duties are determined by local customs authorities
    • If actual duty exceeds estimated duty, customer is liable for the difference
    • Certain HS code categories (e.g. fashion, electronics) may face stricter inspection or higher tariffs

    Delays & Tracking

    • Customs inspection, political events, or peak season may cause 3–7 business days delays
    • You will be notified by email when tracking information updates

    Tax Compliance & Invoicing

    • All shipments include a commercial or proforma invoice with declared value and origin
    • For VAT invoices or other formats, please leave a note at checkout or contact us in advance
